Last week in science we had to get into groups of 3-4 for an science experiment. In this science experiment we had to try and filter some dirty water and see how clean we could get it. We got a choice of five things to filter the water with Filter Paper, Rocks, Cotton Buds, Sawdust and charcoal. We were meant to get at least three done but my group only got the rocks and the filter paper. Below is a slide with more information about the experiment.

English Movie Review
In English we have been watching this movie called The giver. In my opinion I thought that the movie was really good The only thing that I did not really like about the movie was the end when Jonas found the house and then it ended. My favourite part of the movie of the movie was when he left the island that they were on and went to find something. My favourite person in the movie was Jonas because I liked the way that he wanted to share his memories with the other people. My less favourite person in the movie was the leader of the island because she wanted to keep everything from everyone. I would have liked it if after Jonas restored that he had went back to see what had changed in everyone.

Health Whare Tapa Wha
Whare Tapa Wha is about the four walls of well being and how they work together. It is good to under stand about this because you need all of these to stay very healthy. I contributed by researching my side of the four walls of Whare Tapa Wha and by writing down all of the information I found. Next time i will need to make sure that I stay focused on my work so that I could get all of the information that I need. It was challenging when it came to building the walls and the roof of the house and having to write everything down. I thought that I worked well with my group and when I needed help one of my group members helped me.
