Narrative Writing Draft
The Killer Pets
It was a dark and miserable Friday morning in the Hornby suburb. There was no sunshine to be seen and it was pouring down with heavy rain. Huge puddles everywhere all of the gutters were flooded. (Bob six foot muscular elderly man with white hair who loves to go to the gym and spend time with his family) lives in a creaky old house with his (Wife Liby five foot elderly lady with gray hair who loves to cook and bake for her family and garden in her spare time) (Kid Randy Adopted 25 years old black hair six foot tall and loves to play video games and hang out with his friends)
They were meant to go to the park that day but it was pouring down with rain so they couldn’t but then they remembered that they were going to the pet shop so they all jumped in the car and drove to the pet shop. They got to the pet shop parking lot and all hopped out of the car and sprinted into the pet shop.
When they got in only one out of ten lights were going at the pet shop. They thought they saw something flying in the air. Then all of a sudden the door slammed shut and the lock jammed they were trapped!!! They ran to the back of the shop and hid behind a cage. Suddenly Randy heard scraping on the wall and looked at the cage they were hiding behind. The cage was open and it had some writing on it Bob started to read it and it was the cage of Mickey the rat.
The hole shop went quiet then they heard a scream coming from the front of the shop they ran by the counter looked behind it and found a… BODY!!! Liby screamed because then she saw a parrot looking right at them. First she thought it had just escaped but then she saw blood dripping from its beak and flew into Randy and bit his hand. Randy fell to the ground screaming luckily they heard a smash it was the police smashing through the window. They grabbed Bob, Liby and Randy and dragged them out the store.
Once they had got everyone out everyone shut the door and put some planks across the door so that the animals could not get out. They got randy in a ambulance and treated his hand they had been bit. Then all the police asked Bob what had happened he said they they were there to buy a pet to keep them company.
