My Sphero Edu Game

For the last couple of weeks in Digital Technology we have been doing a hole lot of different things with apps. First we started off on this site called Hour of code with would take us to a site and we would learn how to do blocks. We then went on to the sphero edu site and found some tutorials. The first tutorial was for blocks. There were about four different lessons about blocks and then once we did those we moved onto java script. After we did all of those we then had to go and look at games that other people have made. We did this so that we could get some ideas about what we wanted to do to make our own game.

When I was looking through I did not find many things that took my interest. But then I found a game that I liked and I have made my own version. At first I did it on blocks but I could not find the right blocks so I changed my mind and did it in java script. At first I was a little confused so I used this site to help me with the codes. Once I got the hang of it it took me two lessons to make it and then I had to go through and check if everything was ok. In my opinion I think that it has turned out really well. This is how you play the game. So once you press start it will tell you will need to pick a random colour. It will then start a count down and tell you when it starts. When it starts it will start to spin around and then when it stops there should be a blue light pointing at someone. It will also show a colour so say if you were green and the blue light was pointing at you and your colour was green then that means you are out. You then keep playing until there is one person left. This game is best played with 6-8 people.
