Wananga Emotions

 For the last couple of weeks in Wananga we have been focusing on our Emotions. We have been learning that your emotions come from your thoughts and sometimes your mind will just try to trick you by making you worry about something but then their is nothing to worry about. A couple of the quotes we read were "Emotions aren't good or bad. They are messengers". Another is "You don't have to be at your lowest to ask for help".
